Shipping Policy


The following will answer most questions regarding our shipping policy.

Firearms shipping is a fast and pain- free process. Follow the steps below to complete the transfer of your firearm(s):

  1. On our website, make your selection and the purchase using the same process as with other products. 
  1. Locate an FFL in your local area that will receive the Firearm and complete the required paperwork (inquire with your selected local area FFL for any additional transfer fees that may apply). 
  1. Provide the name & shipping address in the "Shipping Address" during checkout, FP Tactical will ship your Firearm(s) directly to your provided FFL dealer - for pick up at your convenience. 
  1. If required, FP Tactical will be happy to assist you in locating a local FFL & arranging shipping to their location for your pickup. 

Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours for parts, builds may take a little longer (this is when your order is processed, and does not include weekends). Please allow a few additional business days for your order to arrive at your FFL dealer's location. We provide  UPS delivery options to meet the shipping needs of our customers.

Customer orders over $100 will in most cases require a receipt signature.  This will be automatically computed when you go to check out with a plug in from UPS.  If you need something under $100 to go USPS you are more than welcome to call us to place your order.

Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!

Due to large volume during major gift giving holidays your delivery time may be delayed by a few days. Remember, it is wise to order early to ensure you get your item(s) on time!  We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner, but remember that UPS can also run a bit behind during these peak times. Customers who order too close to the Holiday may find their order arrives a few days after the Holiday. Once your order has shipped, we cannot be responsible for late deliveries.

Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday. See our Return Policy for more information.
